too small rooms even for 1 person. they didn’t think about some space for luggage(no spacce under bed. they change towels daily but if you don’t leave tip they won’t clean the room. the room design is nice. LOCATION IS AWESOME. good hotel for 2-3 days stay at maximum.

Reasonably priced and conveniently located near Earl's Court tube station (3 mins walk). The TV works fine, and there is one complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. You’ll find standard coffee powder, tea bags, and a kettle provided. There are sufficient hangers for clothes, a small table and chair, and plenty of mirrors. However, they don’t provide slippers, which is a bit unusual. Staff are very nice and I will definitely come again if I come to London again.

We had a pleasant stay. Room: Excellent – we stayed in a deluxe room that was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Bathroom: Generally fine but a bit on the small side. There was also a dangerous situation with the towel bar: when standing up from the toilet, I hit my head on the corner of the bar, resulting in a painful head injury. This towel bar was not there two years ago, and its placement now creates a safety hazard. Breakfast: Excellent, though a bit more variety in pastries would be nice. Hospitality: Excellent – very friendly and welcoming. Reception: Excellent, but it would be good if they could restock their first-aid kit.

The hotel was really nice, clean, and in a perfect, safe location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and even a Boots just around the corner. However, the man at reception didn’t make me feel welcome at all, which was disappointing. I also asked for an iron and had to wait about an hour before it arrived. Overall, it’s a good hotel, but the service at reception definitely needs improvement.

I had a great stay at the Merit Hotel Kensington. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent—quiet yet close to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Overall, it was very good value for money and I would happily stay here again.

Budget hotel especially small room but very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Noisy near the front door and life, be sure to request a quiet room.

Good location. The Earl's Court tube station is within a few minutes walk. This is particularly suitable for people who want to take the underground train directly to Heathrow airport using the Piccadilly line. The Earl's Court station has got lift for people with luggage and for wheel chair users, which is very convenient. The hotel itself has new and very modern internal fittings. Although the size of the room is typically small in this area, it is functionally adequate for all practical purposes. On top of all standard hotel facilities, it has a mini refrigerator, a safe and a lift, which I consider very useful. The only thing that would have served me better would have been the provision of a ramp for easier access to the hotel building. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has no problems carrying luggage for a few steps of stairs.

Very good location ,less than 5mins walk to tube. Many restaurants around Room was great and clean, no view if you got assigned to basement floor Tight toilet. There is fridge and kettle in the room Breakfast and reception only at the main building . If you have heavy luggages get one person look after your stuffs outside as there are steps to get in the building. You don’t know which building you will be. No one there will help you. Receptionists are exact what other comments mentioned but staffs at the breakfast room are amazing
